Managing support tickets with AIMS360

If you are using our AIMS360 software, we have integrated the Support Tickets directly into the software. It only takes a few minutes to set it up and then you can view, reply or create new tickets directly from AIMS360.

Additionally, anytime there is an issue in the software and you are presented with the option to "Ask Support", you can create a ticket quickly and with little effort.

You can also manage your support tickets through our online support web interface by logging into the Support desk at https://support.aims360.com/
  • From the support desk login you can view all of your open tickets, see the latest status, update tickets and more.
  • You can search our extensive Knowledge base for answers to frequently asked questions!
  • Using the support desk login is the best way to easily review tickets you have open with our Support dept. and when you receive a reply you can check and verify which support item we are responding too. This helps both you and the AIMS Support staff keep in constant communication with any issues you may have while using the AIMS software and related programs.

AIMS360 Remote-link version: 13.09.26 released.

We’ve completely redesigned our app for iOS7 to make it simpler and more efficient to use! Be sure to upgrade your iPad application today.
The iPad application for Remote Order Entry is available to all AIMS customers (as an additional add on to your AIMSv9 or AIMS360 software).

New Weblink Release!

New Features Implemented for Weblink
Our latest release of the Weblink product will be released today and has a couple updated features such as the ability for Salesreps to add/edit and Delete stores (based on permissions) and simplified Global searching of goods.

AIMS360 Remotelink Server Version updated!

AIMS360Remotelink 'Server' Service, version: 13.05.15

We have ​Released a new version of the AIMS360Remotelink Server Service to production.
This service is required for the upcoming release version of the AIMS360Remotelink IPad application (version: 13.05.15).
We will be submitting the latest IPad application to Apple for review and it will be available for download in the app store in a couple of days.

Note: This service also works for the current version (which is in the app store currently)
